GTW Antennas offers two shipping options, UPS and USPS. In order to offer great value to our customers small items, such as connectors, will be offered USPS as a shipping option to help keep the cost down on inexpensive items. Larger and more expensive products will only be offered UPS as a shipping option in order to provide better customer service, security and tracking. The customer should be aware that by choosing the USPS option tracking is limited. Customers will be provided with tracking number for each purchase. It is the customers responsibility to track the item once the products has left a GTW Antennas facility.

Return Policies

We offer the following 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee

Returns will be inspected and must meet the following criteria:
• All returns must be pre-authorized and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA are not the liability of GTW Antennas and will not be be accepted. Returns without a visible RMA marked on the packaging will be processed with the carrier as Returned to Sender.
• Undamaged packaging is required for all return/exchange transactions.
• All included accessories, manuals and packing materials must be returned in the original condition.
• No return or exchange will be offered for products with suspect tampering, scratches, scuffs or other non-OEM markings.
• Upon receiving the returned product, credit will be returned back to the same account used to make the purchase within 5 business days.
• The buyer is responsible to pay all return shipping costs.
• Shipping cost associated with the original purchase will be refunded only for items that are determined to be defective by the manufacturer.

NOTE: ACTUAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL REFUND AMOUNT FOR NON-DOA RETURNS SHIPPED FOR FREE.
