How do I know what size amplifier I need?

This will be determined by the amount of square footage you'd like to cover. We offer smaller solutions like the SignalBoost Desktop Kit for a small office, and more powerful amplifiers that utilize a ceiling-mount dome or wall mount panel antenna for full-home systems.

Ambient Signal

Permanently installed repeater systems can be a great investment, especially if you use your phone or a wireless modem for work. It should be noted that repeaters are meant to be used when there are obstructions (like the walls of the structure, or landforms) causing the signal loss, not when there is a total absence of signal in the area. A roof mounted antenna will send and receive signal much more effectively than your device, and will make much better use of what is available.
